Our Services
Analytical Soil Sampling and Testing
Sample the soil for environmental contaminants including heavy metals, fuels, etc. Seal, label, and enter samples into a chain of custody for transportation to a state-certified laboratory for analysis. After the analysis is complete, we will provide a final technical report summarizing methods and results of the investigation.
What’s included?

Coordination the sampling needed as required by city of county.

Visit the property and sample the required locations with a hand auger or shovel.

Create a chain of custody for and submit samples to a California accredited laboratory.

Submit a signed and stamped written letter report that presents the containment results and levels of concern.

We do not perform Phase I or II investigations.
