Floor Level Survey
A floor level survey serves as an assessment tool for the performance of residential flooring and foundations. Typically, a Zip level or manometer is employed to measure elevation differences between nearby points. Measurements are collected across the residence, and a contour map is created to reveal any patterns of differential settlement in the flooring.
What’s included?

Visit your home and perform measurements of the flooring elevations.

Produce a floor plan showing the elevations measured and elevation contours.

Finally, a signed and stamped written letter report is issued that presents an opinion regarding the performance of the floor. . The report will include photos from our visit.
